Good evening everyone. Today I'm telling the stories of Betsy Ann Bovine and Chicky Fowler. Please note that the stories that follow are a bit raw and as such may offend and not intended for little children. Please read the disclaimer before continuing. Reading onwards from this point means that you wholeheatedly agree with the disclaimer.
One of the many questions that often turns up on medical sections of forms are:"Do you have a history of any of these in your family?" And they proceed to give you a tick-off list that includes a range of medical problems and they most likely will also ask about your own medical history, which all well and very important to note seeing that the average person doesn't actually pay attention to themselves, until...... something happens.
But for the person(s) who believe that because they have a family medical history of certain lifestyle diseases, it is inevitable that they also get it, the rest of this is for you. i.e. Hereditary is not equal to Inevitability.
I know that it's been a very long time since but i'm back with more motivation to stay healthy. From personal experience, I can tell you that one of the hardest things is keeping yourself healthy when everyone else in the workplace is ill. However with these tips, I hope that illness does not descend upon thee but if it does I wish fair riddance.
RULE 1: Don't Allow stress to influence the onset of cold and flu symptoms

I've found having a positive attitude when stress is attempting an entrance has proved wonders. (n.b. characteristics of this attitude included humming, random smirks and not giving off that "Oh shucks, where is it?!" vibe) Yes, there is the possibility of your co-workers wondering if you have gone cuckoo. But, which do you prefer:have your co-workers entertained for a day or two or reap the rewarding effects that are the aftermath of taking on the stress and having to stay home for days since the virus floored you. Especially,with stress holds the door opens for all the 'vermin' and all.
RULE 2: If you can't make it, you can't make it
I don't know for the rest of you outside there, but, personally I push my body very hard. However, after so much pushing there come a time when you push until you can push no more. At this point in time. there may be nothing else that can be done but take a rest. Pre-empting resting, especially when you are ill eventually causes more loss of productivity on the workplace. For instance, If you didn't take a day off on a day you were feeling rotten to the core, can you imagine having to take off a few days later down the road when there may be some very important things to get done?
RULE 3: Don't allow 'that' co-worker to spoil your return to work
Yes, you already know exactly who I am talking about. The one co-worker who you have to interact with on a daily basis but who aggravates every individual cell of your body on all matters, important or not. As much as some of you young ones may dread the return the work, it is a necessity.

I started eating the correct foods,eating my foods on time,sleeping properly AND TAKING WHOLE FOOD MULTIVITAMINS.
1)STOP THE JUNK FOODS.
2) Keep away from high fructose/high maltose anything or any artificialy sweeteners(e.g. aspartame, aceflame-K(aceflame-potassium). These are NOT natural sugars. Use items that are sweetened with cane sugar(100% if possible(if you are young, you will need your energy otherwise you can check into something called stevia(do research if you have any medical issues)
3) CHANGE YOUR DIET--> drastic changes cause major issues, therefore you need to wean your body off of conventional snacks into the more healthy items. A simple thing like when you are cooking pork,chicken or any meat with fat, is to remove as much fat as is possible(you don't need all that extra being stored). Cut back on the amount of chicken and chips and double-beef burgers etc. The type of oil used is also extremely important (grapeseed,olive,coconut oil and other seed oils) are healthy to use. However the usage of normal vegetable oil,soybean oils etc can fast become problematic. Interestified, hydrogenated, partially-hydrogenated oils are 1-molecule away from plastic(which btw is what is used in margerine and even in some "butters".) Therefore try and use butter and not margarine. Simple test you can try with your current butter is to leave it out and see how long it takes to turn into oil. good butter turns very soft and pretty much turns back into oil at room temperature. Increase the amount of veggies you intake and cut back on the sugars.IT'S EASY FOR DISEASES TO THRIVE IN A BODY FULL OF SUGAR.
4) Whole food mulitvitamins are also key since they give you what your body needs and in case of any excess you dispose of it through usually sweat and urine. The best ones I know of offhand are located at drinkyourvitamins.com and www.appliedhealth.com( you can get something called multiple essential)
5) the electronics usage may have also skyrocketed with everything going wireless:your internet, your Wii, your cellphones, your computer, even the tv etc
The signals these give off mess with the natural rhythm of your body especially your brain. Making you feel tired although you are sleeping your usual hours. Try cutting off usage of all of these items at least 1 hour before bed.
The plus on top of all this is after a while you will stop getting sick with the common cold etc because you will have built up your immune system.
USE A LOT OF FRUIT SMOOTHIES AND TAKE A DETOX EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE (BOTH BODY AND BLOOD)
Chocolate is a mood booster and as far as dark chocolate in particular is concerned, is generally a guiltless indulgence.
It is good for raising your good cholesterol (HDL) and lowering your bad cholesterol (LDL)
You should always for Dark Chocolate that is at least 60% to 72% Cocoa. Organic where possible and no artificial sweeteners. Only sugar for any sweetness, so watch out for the highly favoured "sugar-free" that are actually sweetened with artificial sweeteners.
From personal experience, small amounts can alleviate upsets stomachs and menstrual cramps.

Conventional doctors don't. Naturopathic doctors do. (They will do you one better actually, they'll actually take the medication before you take it). IN MY OPINION, the conventional doctors are taught to treat the symptoms and never to find what's causing it. The usual thing is "you have a headache, they give you aspirin.It doesn't mean that you are aspirin deficient." They are taught to patch things up (for example someone was misdiagnosed with say a brain tumor for over a year because the very first thing some doctor did would probably ask them how long it started which may have been that day and they say, take two aspirin and check them in the morning.) and when they can no longer patch, well its you to
catch. In addition to this, the heads that the doctors and their bosses answer to can fire a doctor for even mentioning "alternative" treatment.
It's kind of hard to even begin to explain where this all started. I thought this all started when I found out that my mom was afflicted with what people may call a death sentence, Breast Cancer. The big C. I was DEAD WRONG. It started hundreds of generations ago when people were still able to physically/audibly hear God's voice.There were illnesses and sickness BUT the great physicians cured from Kings to Paupers using the herbs and "wild weeds" that was growing all around.
Today these same "wild weeds" and these healing plants(herbs) are helping people reap the phenomenal benefits that was always intended for them to help them combat with the man-made evils that manifests itself in this world such as heart diseases, cancers, high blood pressure, diabeties and even touchy topics like HIV/AIDS. Not to mention ADHD,ADD,autism, asthma etc.
Back to How this all started:
For me it started when I found out that my mom was carrying breast cancer for 8-9 years. According to her, 11 years ago(to approx this year 2010) she discovered her a little lump whilst doing a self examination. Over time, the lump grew and as it grew it not only turned painful but also turned the entire breast into one painful mass. Already with a mass dislike for doctors[(white-coat syndrome) thank you western world], there was no way she was going there. I guess it terrified her for a few reasons (1) her mother had breast cancer and went through the chemo and of course when the cancer became resistant they sent her home to die and I guess she vowed that if she ever got it, there was no way no how she was going through that much pain (2) She couldn't even look at the word 'Cancer' without turning the page or looking away (3) my brother and I were quite young then (my older brother not even 15 then) and (4) we were scrambling as it was.
One day, she saw the word 'Cancer' again but this time around, a voice said "STOP! Read this article". And so her journey to being cancer free began. According to the instructions, she was to make a tincture which would make her feel upset when all the cancer cells were gone. This along with a powerful seaweed extract called Modifilan she was able over the course of 9 months to COMPLETELY REMOVE ALL TRACES OF CANCER.
A miracle? maybe. Or probably the power of the right medicine. Mind you, in addition to being strict with the regiment, A COMPLETE DIETARY LIFESTYLE CHANGE TOOK PLACE.
Among the changes included the complete removal of sugar because CANCER FEEDS OFF OF SUGAR. In addition to this processed foods were also removed along with anything that contained the words "high fructose", "hydrogenated", "hydrolyzed", "msg","monosodium glutamate". No smoked meats (the smokey taste is carcinogenic(cancer-causing).
Death, Pain, Misery and Despair are like a malignant plague for us, human beings. Everyday millions of people are suffering from some type of illness/ sickness and some of us seem to enjoy it. Whether it be mental, physical, emotional or psychological. There is too much suffering but, the great thing about it, there is a cure for them all.
I don't think that we were put down here just to live life then die miserably because of some cancer, heart disease, or organ malfunction. I believe that the cure for all our sufferings is right here, right now,with us. Yes, prayer is good but what I speak of isherbs i.e. God's plants that have been healing for thousands of years.
Quick question before I continue. If a house is built upon four pillars and one or more of the pillars are completely or even partially removed, wouldn't it cause the house to tilt and therefore become unstable.
It's the same way with imbalances within the human body, which are the cause of all these diseases and illnesses. It is because something is missing, why the body cannot function as it should and since it doesn't have a physical, human-type voice to tell us what is going on i.e. what it wants, it goes haywire causing issues.
The sad thing is all this is caused mostly by the food we eat, environmental pollution and the things we allow our body to absorb through the skin such as chemically-made cosmetics. (Chemically-made means that they cooked it up in a lab.) The food we eat and what we absorb through the skin, if it is bad for us, our bodies will let us know. It views anything foreign like an intruder that comes into your house/apartment to thieve something. Like a guard dog, it WOULD attack the intruder and in attacking the intruder you will feel it in some form or fashion . whether it's heart burn from eating spicy foods or hives from consuming something that you did not know you were allergic to.
People, you have to get it through your heads. Your body talks to you all day,everyday and mostly everytime you eat. LISTEN TO IT. Don't wait until you get that heart attack or that cancer to pay attention. Don't be a masochist for punishment. Have some patience cause that pre-heart attack food wasn't the only culprit in the heart attack you had. Think back all those years ago, when you sat down to your first artery-clogging meal. Y'know the one that give you a thunderous stomach ache and heart burn.
Herbs work in the same way, Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will the junk you have been consuming be cleared in a short period of time. The problems over the years have compiled and it WILL take some time to de-commission them.
How so true is the verse ' patience my brother, wait on the Lord'. Well the Lord has delivered now have some patience and wait for his healing.
