Taking Back What's Yours
Now that I have your attention, I'll start cracking down on what,in my opinion are the biggest culprits:
Practically ALL of your cosmetics AND body,skin and mouthcare products. (Now if these particular harmful elements found in your cosmetics etc only came from one source which was used infrequently it wouldn't have been such a problem,our body would have gotten rid of it/them. Unfortunately due to the amount of products which we pump into our bodies, our body's processes become overloaded and begins to back up. The frightening, angering part about the whole affair is that they get in and ACCUMALATE. They bind themselves to our organs and internals and even to our blood and wreak havoc. Only detoxing and change of diet can draw them out .

- ANYTHING ENDING IN PARABEN , PARABEN AND/OR PARABEN AS PART OF A WORD. They will contribute heavily to you getting cancer as these elements are also placed in YOUR FOOD.
- ANYTHING with SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE: (this particular once is interesting since it's infact an industrial cleaner and therefore naturally coarse. Additives are placed with it to "soften it". However the interaction between the two (between the additives and sodium lauyl sulfate/sodium laureth sulfate) result in us, the consumers, getting cancer.
- Nano particles: I consider it one of the worst. Nanotechnology has been applied to your lotions and toothcare products. Due to its application, absorbtion is enhanced and poisonous elements like parabens are now able to bybass your skin with ease and target everyone of your cells, thus wreaking havoc at the cellular level.
Your Diet (What you Eat)
One of the MAIN things that you need to remember is that CANCER FEEDS ON SUGAR. Cancer cells need way more energy than normal body cells, therefore in the presence of sugar, the cancer cells, multiply a lot faster. Cancer will also feed on any foods that produces sugar when it is broken down in the body, therefore, cut out ALL processed foods, sweets, chocolates, pastries, cakes etc. Cut down on Carbohydrates (carbs). To satisfy your sweet-tooth you may try stevia.
NO MEAT. Strictly vegetables, Strictly NON-GMO (use organic when and wherever possible). For quick recipe to deal with non-organic vegetables and fruits to remove residual pesticides, click here. Your vegetable intake should be mainly made up of those from the cruciferous family (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, watercress) as they are known for their cancer-fighting properties.
